Sunflowers and Sunlight, for Ukraine

The world needs peace and light more than ever in this time of tragedy. As I was thinking of Ukraine and its people, I was encouraged to create something of beauty in their memory. I painted the country's national symbol--sunflowers--with the prayer that peace, and the appreciation for beauty and respect for Life would return to that country.
