Evening Marsh

This Kiawah SC Marsh oil painting was a commission and inspired by the late setting sun on the fall marsh as it was beginning to fade into gold for the winter months. The client lives inland in Charlotte and wanted to take the last of fall into her year round home. I personally, am a marsh lover since childhood and was thrilled to capture the essence of this moment for her on a large canvas.
