Fallen Apples

Oil on MDF board. I wanted to capture the light in this painting and the difference between the strong light in the background and its effect on the shed and other trees, washing out the colors, and how in the shade, the colors were so cool, the edges were soft. Where the light was able to creep in, there are little exciting moments that draw your eye in and lead you right to the figure.
