The Passion

This passion piece was experimental work created by first carving a meat tray, and using watercolor paint as the medium to coat the carved tray, and finally, by pulling a print from it. All of the details had to be carved in reverse in order to match the details of the crucifixion of Jesus as narrated in the Holy Bible once the print was pulled.
